After receiving return acceptance from atanisah support, return the parcel with order no and share receipt/tracking details on email once you post.
Intimation of the parcel will be given to you immediately after receiving the return products.
Refund will be initiated once we receive the products.

we will arrange a return pick up, if the service is available at the pin code courier partenr will get back to you with return packing slip within 24-48 hours. If You place order and you want to change design , color or product so you can call or mail after within the first 24 hours.
if you received parcel and you want to change product size and color so don’t worry we will arrange pickup for you and no any extra shipping charge
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
